Many of you will have seen Dan on TV with Michel Roux junior in the series Kitchen impossible, I was certainly impressed with what he achieved and I am looking forward to being part of the judging team at this event. It will be a real test for the chefs involved, cooking is a big enough challenge under normal circumstances, to tackle it without the benefit of your sight moves things to a completely different level.
