Adrian Oliver

Born in Wales, brought up in the Midlands, Adrian lived and worked in several parts of the UK. He moved to Cornwall in 1996, initially to do a summer season at Bistro Margot Thomas, Padstow as 2nd Chef.

However, due to falling in love with the County, and buying the bistro in 1999, he has stayed and has no plans to leave.
